 Adult Flu Vaccination

You are eligible for a free flu vaccination, if you can answer 'Yes' to any of the following questions? 

Are you aged 65 or over?

Are you pregnant?


Do you suffer from a chronic serious medical condition such as:


-Neurological disease such as Parkinson’s disease or motor neurone disease

-Heart disease such as heart failure

-Kidney disease at stage 3, 4 or 5

-Liver disease

-Respiratory disease, such as severe asthma, bronchitis or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

-A weakened immune system due to disease or treatment such as cancer treatment?


Are you living in a long stay residential care home?

Are you receiving a carer’s allowance?


If so you can book your appointment online via Patient Access on the Appointment page, alternatively you can contact reception.


Named GP  


If you would like to know who your named Doctor is please ask reception when you next visit the surgery.

Friends and Family Test

The Friends and Family test has recently been addded to our website. it is your chance to provide feedback on your experience of the surgery.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can now order your repeat prescriptions through the online appointment link. If you wish to register to do so please bring photographic ID into reception so we can give you the registration information. If you are already registered to use online appointments you do not need to register again.

Gentle Exercises Classes

In association with Age UK, the Health Centre hosts Gentle Exercise Classes on Wed lunchtime 1.30-2.30 pm.  No need to book. Just turn up in comfortable clothing by 1.25 pm.
