it will be ready on Tuesday.

possible patients should use the slip issued withprevious prescription
when ordering the next one, rather than using the repeat prescription
answerphone. This is the most efficient and accurate way of ordering
repeat medication and will ensure that errors are kept to a minimum.

is now an efficient ordering system for repeat medication through
the internet.

• Remember
- the items listed on the repeat slip are the only items available
as a repeat request. Any other items have to be authorised by
a doctor.
• When
ordering a repeat prescription the boxes next to the required
items should be ticked. This list can then be posted to the surgery,
handed in at reception or left in the box on the reception desk.

can be collected directly from the dispensary
